Providing subject matter expertise in the latest research on:

state and federal programs that promote college access and success, including evidence-based support programs
health survey methodology
mindset science research, including aspects of growth mindset, sense of purpose, and sense of belonging among students and educators

Designing and developing required and competitive grant objectives, grant outcomes, logic models, research questions, and evaluation design methods

Conducting comprehensive literature reviews on any topic related to education research and public health

Designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative studies by assisting in developing randomized controlled trials and quasi-experimental research projects
Constructing logic models to map out project resources with program activities to define outputs and subsequent desired short-term and long-term outcomes leading to the eventual impact of the program
Providing expertise in focusing on diversity, inclusion, and equity-oriented design, culturally responsive engagement, evidence-based program and practice development, fidelity monitoring of implementation, rigorous and scientifically sound evaluation, and effective and efficient scaling strategies

Transforming raw data into actionable strategic knowledge by conducting descriptive and explanatory data analysis using rigorous research methods adapted to measure pre-registered outcomes and project goals
Examining project implementation to maintain fidelity, equitable recruitment of beneficiaries, quality of program’s delivery, the proposed level of dosage for participants, quality of services or intervention as proposed, and ensuring the understanding of the project context from external influences
Using continual improvement principles to reorient implementation to align with project objectives and maintain fidelity by identifying strengths and weaknesses in the implementation process
